Business Letter

Dear Mr. O’Brien
I’m writing to you to let you know how pleasant my staff and me are with your services of valet parking in our beneficent event last week. Just to let you know some areas of opportunity we noticed and of course to recognize the good job you’ve done.

First, the areas of opportunity we noticed were that some of you’re workers didn’t opened the door to the companion of the drivers, which we didn’t noticed until one of our guests came to tell us, thought, there weren’t that many complains about it but we would like for you to keep track of it.

Finally, in overall we really enjoy the service, the cars weren’t damaged, the car delivery at the end of the night was fast and fluently and most of all, the price remained to our budget which was one of our main concerns when we hire some external services.

    My valet parking staff and I are glad you enjoyed our services and are happy to accept any constructive criticism you offered to us, instead of just complaining, to make our services even better.

    First of all, I will personally make sure that the workers always open the doors for all the people in the car, so that never happens again. I have already talked with them and we realize that it was all our fault.

    Finally, We always work hard so there are no damaged cars and the delivery happens as fast as possible so we are happy to hear that you noticed those small details, although I think we are not good enough at deliver cars, because we always get confused, and we tried to hide this type of problems to our clients.
